Enhanced Support definition

Enhanced Support means enhanced support and/or implementation services Customer may opt to purchase as described in (and subject to) the Enhanced Support Services Terms and Conditions at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxx (incorporated herein by reference);
Enhanced Support means the Support Services set out under the column “Enhanced Support” at paragraph 2.3. Excluded Services - has the meaning defined in paragraph 2.4. Fault - any failure of the Software to operate in any material respect in accordance with the applicable specification. Incident - a specific, discrete issue that can be addressed by isolating its origin to a single cause, which may be a Fault or not (as determined by Smoothwall at its sole discretion).
Enhanced Support means any paid support package, including Developer Support, Business Support, and Enterprise Support.

  • Customers purchasing Enhanced Support Services will be given instructions for receiving Support Services after the end of a Business Day.

Enhanced Support means [an in-home service provided, in addition to other services to an individual, by a program that is approved by the Administration, to support the individual to remain in the community, and approved under] short-term, in-home services, in addition to other services to an individual, provided by a program to support the individual to remain in the community:
Enhanced Support means support 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year basis, 6 hour clearance of faults.

  • Advanced life support means special services designed to provide definitive prehospital emergency medical care, including, but not limited to, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiac monitoring, cardiac defibrillation, advanced airway management, intravenous therapy, administration of specified drugs and other medicinal preparations, and other specified techniques and procedures administered by authorized personnel under the direct supervision of a base hospital as part of a local EMS system at the scene of an emergency, during transport to an acute care hospital, during interfacility transfer, and while in the emergency department of an acute care hospital until responsibility is assumed by the emergency or other medical staff of that hospital.   • Child support means that part of a Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Child Restraint System.

  • Enhanced softening means the improved removal of disinfection byproduct precursors by precipitative softening.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Enhancement means, with respect to any Series of Notes, the rights and benefits provided to the Noteholders of such Series of Notes pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, overcollateralization, issuance of subordinated Notes, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity guaranty facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate swap or any other similar arrangement.
