Enhanced Relief Refinance Program definition
Enhanced Relief Refinance Program means the Insured’s high LTV ratio refinance program, effective October 1, 2017, designed to provide refinance opportunities to borrowers with existing Freddie Mac Mortgage Loans who are current in their mortgage payments but whose LTV ratios exceed the maximum permitted for standard refinance products under the Guide.
