Enhanced Payment definition

Enhanced Payment means a payment of $1,700.00 that an NYC Class Member may be eligible to receive if he or she meets the requirements set forth in Section III.B of the Agreement.
Enhanced Payment means increased payments for certain primary care services to Qualified Physicians, pursuant to this Section 6.
Enhanced Payment means the amount that will be paid to Claimants who elect to provide additional information regarding post-reopening unauthorized transactions on their Eligible Account(s), as provided in paragraph 95. Enhanced Payments will be issued only if the total amount of Basic Payments owed is less than the Net Cash Settlement Amount. In no instance shall the Enhanced Payment be less than the Basic Payment.
