Enhanced driver definition
Enhanced driver s license" means a driver's license issued in accordance with sections 4507.021 and 4507.063 of the Revised Code that denotes citizenship and identity and is approved by the United States secretary of homeland security or other designated federal agency for purposes of entering the United States.
Enhanced driver s license" means a driver's license that is issued under RCW 46.20.202.
Enhanced driver s license" means a driver's license issued in accordance with sections 4507.021 and 4507.061 of the Revised Code that denotes citizenship and identity and is approved by the United States secretary of homeland security for purposes of entering the United States and that contains technology and security features approved by the secretary of homeland security.
