Enhanced driver definition

Enhanced driver s license" means a driver's license that is issued under RCW 46.20.202.
Enhanced driver s license" means a driver's license issued in accordance with sections 4507.021 and 4507.061 of the Revised Code that denotes citizenship and identity and is approved by the United States secretary of homeland security for purposes of entering the United States and that contains technology and security features approved by the secretary of homeland security.

  • Skilled Nursing Facility means an institution or part thereof that is licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the State of Florida, and is accredited as a Skilled Nursing Facility by The Joint Commission or recognized as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the Secretary of Health and Human Services of the United States under Medicare.
