Enhanced competencies definition
Enhanced competencies. - shall mean competencies vested upon a municipality or a number of municipalities by law;
Enhanced competencies. - shall mean the areas of municipal competence specified in Article 19 of the LLSG;
Enhanced competencies means that the score is in the top 20 per cent. 'Effective Functioning' means that the score is about average.
