  • ENH Power reserves the right to use third party billing services in performance of the Terms and Conditions of this Supply Agreement.

  • ENH Power has authority to act as your agent to obtain Advanced Metering Information (AMI) and Historical Usage information for my account as part of this supplier agreement.

  • No additional fees will be assessed to you by ENH Power unless you choose to cancel this Supply Contract prior to its renewal date.

  • ENH Power shall not be responsible for any failure to commence or terminate electric generation service on the date specified due to any failure or delay in enrolling you with the Utility.
