ENGINEER'S AUDIT definition
ENGINEER'S AUDIT means the engineer's audit report of the Land and Improvements commissioned by Lender, prepared by an engineering firm acceptable to Lender, and in form, scope and substance acceptable to Lender.
ENGINEER'S AUDIT means collectively, (i) the Property Condition Report for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Property dated October 22, 2014 and prepared by IVI Assessment Services, Inc. and (ii) the Property Condition Report for the Capital Property dated October 22, 2014 and prepared by IVI Assessment Services, Inc.
ENGINEER'S AUDIT means the engineer's audit report with respect to any Collateral Property commissioned by Administrative Agent, prepared by an engineering firm acceptable to Administrative Agent, and in form, scope and substance acceptable to Administrative Agent.
