Engineer’s Assessment definition

Engineer’s Assessment means an assessment made by the Engineer in a report delivered pursuant to Section 15.2 or 15.4.

Examples of Engineer’s Assessment in a sentence

  • The CONSULTANT shall prepare an Abbreviated Engineer’s Assessment in accordance with INDOT’s Engineering Assessment Manual, dated September 2018.

  • The submittal shall consist of all items listed in the Stage 1 Road Review Submission Checklist, including at a minimum the Abbreviated Engineer’s Assessment, Level One Design Checklist and Computations, Index and Title Sheet, Typical Cross Sections, Plan and Profile Sheets, Details, Cross-Sections, Design Information, Quality Assurance Form, and INDOT All Projects Commitment Report.

  • Abbreviated Engineer’s Assessment in accordance with IDM 14-2.01(03) item 2.

  • The Proponent shall make available to the Engineer all such data concerning the Processing Plant project as may be required to permit the Engineer to issue such Engineer’s Assessment (including the Proponent’s monthly progress reports) and shall provide a copy of the same to the Government, if so requested.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, if the Engineer is unable to deliver an Engineer’s Assessment by the time prescribed in this Article 15 due to circumstances beyond the control of the Engineer, notwithstanding the exercise of due diligence, then the period of time for delivery of such Engineer’s Assessment shall be extended by such period of time as is reasonable in the circumstances and all the other applicable times shall be extended accordingly.

  • Such Engineer’s Assessment shall be delivered to the Government and the Proponent within 30 days of: (1) the dates referred to in subparagraph (a), or (2) the date of a request made under subparagraph (b).

  • The Proponent shall make available to the Engineer all such data concerning the engineering and construction of the Underground Mine as may be required to permit the Engineer to issue such Engineer’s Assessment (including the Proponent’s monthly progress reports) and shall provide a copy of the same to the Government if so requested.

  • Such Engineer’s Assessment shall include (among other things) the Engineer’s independent assessment as to: (i) whether the Proponent is proceeding diligently to complete the Processing Plant as required by Section 4.1A.1; and (ii) whether the Proponent has met or failed to meet any of the Milestones for the completion of the Processing Plant set forth in Section 4.1A.2 by the applicable Milestone Date.
