Engineering Workstation definition
Engineering Workstation has the meaning assigned by Section 2.1(c).
Engineering Workstation means one (1) engineering workstation located in Lagos, Nigeria, including corresponding engineering software and licenses, to the extent such software licenses are assignable or transferrable by the CAMAC Parties to the CEI Parties, and all in “as-is” condition.
Examples of Engineering Workstation in a sentence
It is the computer via which the engineering Engineering Workstation software is accessed.
The CAMAC Parties shall have delivered to the CEI Parties: (i) the Data, (ii) the G&G Workstations and (iii) the Engineering Workstation (collectively, the Deliverables).
