Engineering Subcontractor definition

Engineering Subcontractor means the firm responsible for the engineering portion of the work where the Contractor is not directly providing the engineering portion of the work, but is subcontracting this portion.;

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.
