Engineering Repair definition
Engineering Repair means, with respect to a Known Engineering Condition, the completion of the repair, maintenance or other required action identified in the Engineering Audit to Buyer's reasonable satisfaction and the taking of all other actions necessary to be in compliance in all respects with Applicable Laws.
