Engineering Permit definition

Engineering Permit refers to any permit required by the engineering division or office of a Party, except for a Technical Permit. “Exhibit A” is the attached list of all Parties to this Agreement with appropriate administrative and technical contact information. This list will be maintained by Shelby County Government from information supplied by each Party.
