Engineering Payment definition

Engineering Payment means an amount to be paid by Developer equal to the Engineering Scope and Costs to the City to be used for the costs and expenses of the Engineer incurred in design and engineering of the Initial Perimeter Public Street Improvements (along with any supplemental agreements related thereto) as set forth in Section 3.02(b)(ii).
