Engineering Lots or "E-LOTS" means a non-production Lot for process of Device qualification or testing.
Engineering Lots means all experimental Lots to develop or install new processes, or to improve these processes or to further develop APT’s technology and products.

Examples of Engineering Lots in a sentence

  • Infineon shall handle all customer returns of Contract Products, except for Scrap Contract Products and pre-qualification Risk Starts and Engineering Lots sold by SMIC.

  • Such notification shall indicate the number of Risk Starts and Engineering Lots, as the case may be, to be started by SMIC or SMIC Subsidiaries, and the date of such commencement.

  • All Contract Products (other than Scrap Contract Products, and pre-qualification Risk Starts and Engineering Lots) shall be traceable based on the top side date code.

  • Infineon shall accept all Non-Conforming Products, other than pre-qualification Risk Starts and Engineering Lots.

  • As soon as practicable after AOS’ testing of the Engineering Lots, AOS shall provide HHNEC a status update via electronic communications means.

  • HHNEC shall begin the work to set up and qualify the Process, and the development and implementation of any necessary HHNEC Unit Module Process, the design and execution of short-loop experiments to develop and build up process blocks (with or without masks), and the manufacture and delivery of Product prototypes and Engineering Lots.

  • HHNEC shall manufacture and deliver Engineering Lots to AOS in accordance with Schedule 3, part 2, with copies of all relevant test data sheets.

Related to Engineering Lots

  • Engineering means the application of scientific knowledge for the design, control, or use of building structures, equipment, or apparatus.

  • Engineering Report means the Initial Engineering Report and each engineering report delivered pursuant to Section 6.2.

  • Fabrication means intentional and unauthorized falsification or invention of any information or citation.
