Engineering Feasibility Study definition

Engineering Feasibility Study means an engineering study that is completed by a qualified consulting engineer, who has worked in consultation with and is acceptable to the Employment Land User, at the Development Proponent’s expense, which includes in its terms of reference:
Engineering Feasibility Study means a detailed study of the consumption of electricity of a System, which is expected to meet the requirements of the Engineering Feasibility Study Minimum Requirements (set out in Appendix 2, Exhibit 1) and is intended to assess and evaluate: (i) Measures, or their implementation, that could give rise to Electricity Savings; or (ii) electricity generation that could reduce the electricity consumption of a Facility.
Engineering Feasibility Study means a detailed study of the consumption of electricity of a system in order to assess and evaluate (i) Measures, or their implementation, that could give rise to Electricity Savings, or (ii) electricity generation that could reduce the electricity consumption of a Facility as approved by the LDC and the Technical Reviewer.
