Engineering Change Request definition

Engineering Change Request or “ECR” means a notification from one party to the other, outlining in detail, the specific requirements of an Engineering Change Order.
Engineering Change Request means the master change control form defined by the Allergan Worldwide Specifications Change Control System used to document requested changes to Product(s) Specifications or Packaging and Labeling Specifications.
Engineering Change Request or "ECR" means a request by Fujitsu to add or modify a functional, electrical or physical aspect of the Ross Xxxroprocessor Core, Test Vehicle or System Development Board, other than due to an Error.
