Engineering Build definition
Engineering Build or “Engineering Release” means beta, experimental, early access, field builds, and/or non- general access or non-maintenance release versions of the Software, including any Software designated accordingly on the Licensee’s LAC or accompanying documentation.
Engineering Build means a build, or compiled version of source code that serves the purpose of validating the functionality of a particular unit of the system. These builds are often completed by an individual engineer or a small engineering team, and may not be compiled with a standard or known SCM configuration.
Engineering Build means source and executable code of a Game for a particular gaming platform.
Examples of Engineering Build in a sentence
The Software is considered an Engineering Build if it is designated accordingly on the Licensee’s LAC or accompanying documentation.
Licensee acknowledges and understands that Engineering Build Software has not gone through RTI’s standard commercial testing, and is not supported by RTI’s support team.
B) If Software is designated as an Engineering Build on Licensee’s LAC, Licensee may not distribute or sublicense the Engineering Build to third parties without RTI’s prior written consent.
Licensee is not licensed to use the Engineering Build as part of any production system.
