Engineering Audit definition

Engineering Audit means an independent engineering audit in regards to a Major Expansion that is conducted by an Engineering Audit Firm in accordance with the provisions of Article VI of this Agreement;
Engineering Audit has the meaning set forth in Section 6.16. "Environmental Audit" has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18. "Environmental Laws" means all present Applicable Laws that relate to the protection of the environment, natural resources, or to any emission, discharge, generation, processing, storage, holding, abatement, existence, Release, threatened Release, or transportation of Hazardous Materials, including, without limitation, all requirements pertaining to reporting, licensing, permitting, investigation or remediation of emissions, discharges, Release or threatened Release of Hazardous Materials into the air, surface water, ground water, or land, or relating to the manufacture, processing, distribution, use, sale, treatment, receipt, storage, disposal, transport or handling of Hazardous Materials. "Environmental Laws" shall include, without limitation, the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, 42 U.S.C. Section 9601, et seq.; the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, Title III, 42 U.S.C. Section 11001, et seq.; the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 7401 et seq.; the Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 300(f), et seq.; the Solid Waste Disposal Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 6901, et seq.; the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, as amended, 49 U.S.

  • The Agency Head shall examine the material and may, in his or her discretion, convene an informal conference with the Contractor and the ACCO and, in the case of construction or construction-related services, the City Engineer, City Resident Engineer, City Engineering Audit Officer, or other designee of the Agency Head, to resolve the issue by mutual consent prior to reaching a determination.

Related to Engineering Audit

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a Professional Engineer whose principal field of specialization is the design and Construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment.

  • Engineering means the application of scientific knowledge for the design, control, or use of building structures, equipment, or apparatus.

  • Engineering Report means the Initial Engineering Report and each engineering report delivered pursuant to Section 6.2.

  • Engineering control means the use of substitution, isolation, ventilation, and equipment modification to reduce exposure to SARS-CoV-2 virus and COVID-19 disease related workplace hazards and job tasks.
