Engineering Access Statement definition

Engineering Access Statement has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the Network Code; "Environmental Condition" has the meaning ascribed to it in Part E of the Network Code; "Environmental Damage" has the meaning ascribed to it in Part E of the Network Code; "European licence" has the meaning ascribed to it in section 6(2) of the Act;
