Engineered Plans definition

Engineered Plans means plans prepared by an engineer;
Engineered Plans means the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system engineering plans, specifications and calculations prepared by an independent, licensed mechanical engineer reasonably acceptable to both parties and engaged by Landlord or the Architect (and not any mechanical or other subcontractor). Such engineer is hereinafter referred to as the “HVAC Engineer”. It is the specific intention of the parties that the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system will not be designed under a so- called ‘design-build’ arrangement. Final Plans are those working drawings, plans, specifications, elevations, finishes and other documents, including, without limitation, the HVAC Plans, the Engineered Plans, prepared by the Designers and approved by the parties in accordance with this LIA.
