Engineer or Consultant definition

Engineer or Consultant means such person or persons or consulting firm for the time being or from time to time duly appointed by the Board and whose authority shall be notified in writing to the Contractor by the Board and who is acting on behalf of the Board as Engineer for the purpose of the Contract and includes such other person (if any) to whom the Engineer's authority may have been lawfully delegated pursuant to the Contract.
