ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE (EIC)/PROJECT MANAGER definition
ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE (EIC)/PROJECT MANAGER means the person designated from time to time by the Employer and shall include those who are expressly authorized by him to act for and on his behalf for operation of this Contract.
