Engine Stands definition

Engine Stands means those two (2) V2500- A5 engine stands bearing designation number D71TR00005G01, serial number ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-4-2 and designation number D71TR00005G01, serial number ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-4-1.

  • At Buyer’s request, the Engines will each be delivered with Previous Operator Engine Stands and that Previous Operator shall at all times retain title to the Previous Operator Engine Stands.

  • Buyer shall, within 25 business days of each Closing Date, deliver its own engine stands to the Delivery Location (the date on which Buyer’s engine stands arrive at the Delivery Location is hereinafter referred to as the “Engine Stand Date”), then, promptly after the Engine Stand Date, Seller will cause the Previous Operator to remove the Engine(s) from the Previous Operator’s Engine Stand(s) and load such Engines onto Buyer’s engine stands.

  • Buyer hereby irrevocably accepts delivery of that certain V2524-A5 model engine bearing manufacturer’s serial number V11255, including the QEC and all other Parts installed thereon installed thereon, attached thereto or in Seller’s possession and any loose equipment specific thereto, the Engine Records, and the Engine Stands (collectively, as more particularly described on Schedule 1 to the Agreement, the “Engines” and each an “Engine”).

  • Buyer shall have the right to use the Engine Stands for up to 60 days.

  • Buyer shall be liable for any and all damage to the Engine Stands, reasonable wear and tear excepted, occurring prior to the time the Engine Stands are returned to Seller.

  • Buyer hereby irrevocably accepts delivery of that certain V2527-A5 model engine bearing manufacturer’s serial number V10543, including the QEC and all other Parts installed thereon installed thereon, attached thereto or in Seller’s possession and any loose equipment specific thereto, the Engine Records, and the Engine Stands (collectively, as more particularly described on Schedule 1 to the Agreement, the “Engines” and each an “Engine”).

Related to Engine Stands

  • Engine under the Lease. The term "Engines" means, as of any date of determination, both Engines then leased to the Lessee pursuant to the Lease.

  • Engine degreaser means a cleaning product designed to remove grease, grime, oil and other contaminants from the external surfaces of engines and other mechanical parts.

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • Airframe means the fuselage, booms, nacelles, cowlings, fairings, airfoil surfaces including rotors (but excluding propellers and rotating airfoils of a powerplant) and landing gear of an aircraft and their accessories and controls;

  • Engines means, as of any date of determination, all Engines then leased hereunder.
