Engine MSP definition
Engine MSP means the maintenance service plan with respect to the Engines bearing contract number _____________ which shall be fully paid current to the Closing Date. For the avoidance of doubt, Seller will not cash out of Engine MSP, or transfer the program to another aircraft, and any negative balances shall be for the account of the Seller and any positive balances shall be transferred to the Buyer on the Closing Date.
