Engine Maintenance Program definition

Engine Maintenance Program means that certain Maintenance Cost Per Hour (“MCPH”) Engine Services Agreement dated as of October 25, 2007 between General Electric Company (“GE”) and [Bristow Group] . . . or such other similar engine maintenance program from GE or another similar program provider (which such other program shall not be on a pro rata basis, and such other program and the provider thereof must be acceptable to Lessor in its reasonable discretion); and upon return, consistent with the requirements of paragraph (f)(ii) of the Return Addendum.” Doc. 1-1 at 27 (emphasis added).

Engine Maintenance Program means the Engines’ and APU power by the hour engine maintenance program provided by the engines’ manufacturer or by Jet Support Services, Inc.).   • Maintenance Program means LESSEE's maintenance program as approved by the Aviation Authority or such other maintenance program as LESSOR may, in its discretion, accept in writing.

  • Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;
