Planning documents, tailored for individual operators, are developed to serve as Engine Maintenance Management Program criteria and should reflect the FAA requirements under which Spirit will operate.
Reimbursement will be made up to the amount in the Engine Maintenance Reserve applicable to such Engine.

In the event the Client desires to up- grade to another AEPC™ PistonPower™ Airframe or Engine Maintenance Program Agreement at any time during the term of this Agreement, the Client shall provide writ- ten notice to AEPC™ requesting the upgrade.
Lessor shall have the right at any time following such Default or Event of Default to apply funds held as Engine Maintenance Reserves to cure any such Default or Event of Default.
