Engine Documents definition

Engine Documents means, with respect to any Engine, all technical data, manuals and log books, and all inspection, modification and overhaul records and other service, repair, maintenance and technical records that are required by the FAA (or the relevant Aviation Authority), to be maintained with respect to such Engine, and such term shall include all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements of any such materials from time to time made, or required to be made, by the FAA (or other Aviation Authority) regulations, and in each case in whatever form and by whatever means or medium (including, without limitation, microfiche, microfilm, paper or computer disk) such materials may be maintained or retained by or on behalf Mortgage and Security Agreement of the Borrower; provided that such term shall not include manuals and data relating to engines generally of the same type as the Engine as opposed to the Engine specifically.
Engine Documents means all Leases and related documents and other contracts and agreements of WEST or any Subsidiary the terms of which relate to or affect any of the Engines.
Engine Documents means all data and records supplied by the Manufacturer which are in the possession of Seller and may include records, logs, manuals, technical data and other materials and documents (whether kept or to be kept in compliance with any regulation of the Aviation Authority or otherwise) relating to the Engine (including, at a minimum, the manuals and technical records and other media listed in Schedule 4 in respect of the Engine);

  • In addition, each of the Secured Parties shall have a right after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default to inspect the Engines and the Engine Documents in accordance with Section 3.03, and the Grantor shall bear the reasonable costs thereof, notwithstanding Section 3.03(c).

Engine Documents means, with respect to each Engine, each and all of the documents, data and records to extent owned by Seller pertaining to, as applicable, such Engine, as itemized in the schedule attached to the Delivery Receipt of such Engine.

Engine Documents means the documents, data and records identified in the list attached to the Certificate of Acceptance, and any other documents and records required in connection with Lessee’s obligations under Section 8.8 (Records), and all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements from time to time made to any of the foregoing in accordance with the Lease.
