Engine Documents definition
Engine Documents means, with respect to any Engine, all technical data, manuals and log books, and all inspection, modification and overhaul records and other service, repair, maintenance and technical records that are required by the FAA (or the relevant Aviation Authority), to be maintained with respect to such Engine, and such term shall include all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements of any such materials from time to time made, or required to be made, by the FAA (or other Aviation Authority) regulations, and in each case in whatever form and by whatever means or medium (including any microfiche, microfilm, paper or computer disk) such materials may be maintained or retained by or on behalf of any Grantor; provided that such term shall not include manuals and data relating to engines generally of the same type as the Engine as opposed to the Engine specifically.
Engine Documents means all Leases and related documents and other contracts and agreements of WEST or any Subsidiary the terms of which relate to or affect any of the Engines.
Engine Documents means the documents, data and records identified in the list attached to the Certificate of Acceptance, and any other documents and records required in connection with Lessee’s obligations under Section 8.8 (Records), and all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements from time to time made to any of the foregoing in accordance with the Lease.

The Parties recognize that the failure by AVIANCATACA to deliver the Engine Documents may have a material, adverse effect on the value of any Engine with respect to which foreclosure has been initiated by CFM and the ability of CFM to sell or lease the Engine, and that the damages CFM may sustain as a result are not readily calculable.
WEST shall deliver to the Servicer on the Initial Closing Date a true, correct and complete copy of all material Engine Documents as of such Initial Closing Date in the possession of WEST or any Subsidiary.
In addition, the Collateral Agent and each of the Secured Parties shall have a right after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default to inspect each Aircraft, Engine and Spare Engine and the Aircraft Documents and Spare Engine Documents in accordance with Section 3.03, and the Company shall bear the reasonable costs thereof, as set forth in Section 3.03(d).
The release of an Airframe or Engine from the Lien of this Agreement shall have effect without further action of releasing all other Collateral, including the related Airframe Documents and Engine Documents, respectively, relating to such released Airframe or Engine.
Lessee shall cause each of the following Engine Documents to be complete including any update required to reflect work performed in preparation for return to Lessor.

Engine Documents means, with respect to each Engine, each and all of the documents, data and records to extent owned by Seller pertaining to, as applicable, such Engine, as itemized in the schedule attached to the Delivery Receipt of such Engine.

Engine Documents means all technical data, manuals and log books, and all inspection, modification and overhaul records and other service, repair, maintenance and technical records that are required by the Company's (or, in the case of any Engine subject to a Lease, such Lessee's) maintenance program in accordance with the requirements of the FAA or the JAA, as the case may be, to be maintained with respect to the Engines or Parts, and such term shall include all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements of any such materials from time to time made, or required to be made, in accordance with FAA or JAA, as the case may be, regulations, and in each case in whatever form and by whatever means or medium (including, without limitation, microfiche, microfilm, paper or computer disk) such materials may be maintained or retained by or on behalf of the Company (provided, that all such materials shall be maintained in the English language).
Engine Documents means all data and records supplied by the Manufacturer which are in the possession of Seller and may include records, logs, manuals, technical data and other materials and documents (whether kept or to be kept in compliance with any regulation of the Aviation Authority or otherwise) relating to the Engine (including, at a minimum, the manuals and technical records and other media listed in Schedule 4 in respect of the Engine);
Engine Documents has the meaning specified in the Engine Mortgage.
