Engages definition

Engages or “Engaged” has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.1.
Engages means to engage in, maintain, operate, assist, be occupied or associated with, have any financial or beneficial interest in, or otherwise participate in a specified business or activity, whether as an owner, stockholder, member, partner, lender, director, manager, officer or employee, licensor, advisor or consultant, or otherwise.
Engages and “Engaged” has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.1 to the PV Investment Agreement.

  • In addition the Employment Business will be entitled to charge a Transfer Fee to the Hirer if the Hirer introduces the Agency Worker to a third party (other than another employment business) who subsequently Engages the Agency Worker, directly or indirectly, before or during an Assignment or within the Relevant Period.

  • Competing Business means any person or entity that competes with the Company Group in the sale, marketing, production, distribution, research or development of Competing Products in the same markets.
