Engagement Terms means the terms contained (or referred to) in our Engagement Pack (of which these General Terms and Conditions of Business form part) which relate to the particular Specific Services (and not any other Specific Services), including the relevant Specific Services Appendices.

Engagement Terms means any letter or e-mail sent at the beginning of a Matter or a series of Matters to a Client, as supplemented or amended by any later letter or e-mail, setting out the terms on which we are engaged to act on a particular Matter or a series of Matters, and which may be extended to include subsequent Matters;

Where we vary the prices for Services or the proposed variation to the Engagement Terms are materially adverse to you, you may terminate this Agreement by written notice to us within the Notice Period.
The Company shall give written notice to Rodman of each such decision and, if Rodman responds in writing ▇▇▇▇▇▇ 10 business days (the "Respons▇ ▇▇▇▇od") that it wishes to exercise its rights under this Paragraph E, the Company shall notify Rodman in writing regarding the terms (the "Engagement Terms") o▇ ▇▇▇ proposed engagement.
