Engagement Commencement Date definition

Engagement Commencement Date means, in relation to an Engagement, the date on which the relevant Candidate’s Engagement with the Client commences. In the absence of other evidence, the date upon which the Candidate attends the Client’s property (or such property as the Client has directed) and starts working in a childcare, housekeeping and/or estate staff role shall be deemed to be the Engagement Commencement Date;

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Agreements entered into after the date of such change shall be subject to such amended General Terms of Business, current as at the relevant Engagement Commencement Date.
