Enforcement Rules definition

Enforcement Rules means the Rules of CILEx Regulation which are in place from time to time and which govern the complaints handling, misconduct investigation and disciplinary procedures of CILEx Regulation;

  • Enforcement agency means any agency granted authority to enforce the Federal labor laws. It includes the enforcement components of DOL (Wage and Hour Division, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board. It also means a State agency designated to administer an OSHA-approved State Plan, but only to the extent that the State agency is acting in its capacity as administrator of such plan. It does not include other Federal agencies which, in their capacity as contracting agencies, conduct investigations of potential labor law violations.   • enforcement authority means any person or body having jurisdiction to enforce or to take action under or in respect of the relevant legal requirement.

  • SIFT Rules means the provisions of the Tax Act, including those contained in sections 104, 122 and 122.1 of the Tax Act, which apply to the taxation of a “specified investment flow through trust” and its unitholders.

  • FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.

  • Local law enforcement agency means the police of a city, town, village or other incorporated area or the sheriff of an unincorporated area or any sworn officer of the Illinois Department of State Police.

  • ASTC Settlement Rules means the operating rules of ASTC and, to the extent that they are applicable, the operating rules of ASX and the operating rules of the Australian Clearing House Pty Limited;

  • Security Procedures means rules and regulations governing access to, and health and safety procedures while on, Government premises; and information technology security protocols;
