enforcement inspector definition
enforcement inspector means an employee of the Authority designated as enforcement inspector in accordance with section 38;
enforcement inspector means an employee of the Authority designated as enforcement inspector;
enforcement inspector means the officer appointed as such by the Government for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act and rules to detect the violation of such Act/rules; and
