Enforcement Entity definition

Enforcement Entity means any federal, state, local or foreign law enforcement authority or other governmental regulatory authority (including the DOJ, SEC, or similar authority in any Foreign Jurisdiction, and any federal or state attorney general) or the enforcement unit of any securities or commodities exchange or similar self-regulatory entity.
Enforcement Entity means any federal, state, local or foreign law enforcement authority or other governmental investigative authority or the enforcement unit of any securities or commodities ex- change or other self-regulatory entity.
Enforcement Entity means an appointed designee for the enforcement of this chapter. A designee may be the City enforcement official, Regional Agency's enforcement official, County Enforcement Official, other designee, or a combination or those entities.

Examples of Enforcement Entity in a sentence

  • When an incident of third-degree assault has occurred on school property, school transportation or during a school activity, the principal shall report such incident to the Law Enforcement Entity.
