Enforcement Body definition
Enforcement Body means an enforcement body as defined in section 6 of the Act;
Enforcement Body means:
(1) any federal, state, local or foreign law enforcement authority or other governmental investigative, regulatory or administrative authority (including the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and any Attorney General); or
(2) the enforcement unit of any securities or commodities exchange or other self-regulatory organization.
Enforcement Body means: (a) any federal, state, local or foreign law enforcement authority or other governmental investigative authority (including, but not limited to, the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and any attorney general); or (b) the enforcement unit of any securities or commodities exchange or other self-regulatory organization.

Enforcement Body means (i) federal, provincial, territorial, state, local or foreign law enforcement authority or other governmental investigative authority (including but not limited to, the Department of Justice Canada, any provincial or territorial Department of Justice, any federal, provincial or territorial securities commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Committee and any attorney general), or (ii) the enforcement unit of any securities or commodities exchange.
