Enfolio Agreement definition

Enfolio Agreement means that certain Enfolio® Master Firm Purchase/Sale Agreement between ENA and Customer dated April 11, 2001. “ENA Termination Expense” means an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Customer’s Load for the remaining Term of this Agreement multiplied by $0.115 per MMBtu.

Examples of Enfolio Agreement in a sentence

  • All communications or notices required or permitted under the terms of this Agreement shall be in writing, and shall be given as provided in Article 8 of the Enfolio Agreement which is incorporated herein for all purposes.
