Energy Price(s) definition

Energy Price(s) means the rates per unit of measure specified in Section 2.1 and includes all Electricity Related Charges.
Energy Price(s). Energy Price" means the wholesale pricesprice in U.S. dollars per megawatt hour payable by the NSTAR CompaniesBECo to EPMI for Delivered Energy delivered to the Delivery Point(s) as set out in Section 2.5.forth on Schedule 1.
Energy Price(s) means the electricity usage rates, charges and fees described as ‘Energy Prices’ in the Important Details.

Examples of Energy Price(s) in a sentence

  • We will notify you of any changes to your Energy Prices where you have not agreed a fixed Energy Prices with us, Network Prices, Environmental Charges and any other price changes as soon as practicable but no later than your next bill after any such change takes effect.

  • Carbon Free Energy Contract Quantities and Carbon Free Energy Prices pursuant to this Confirmation relate to the quantities set forth in Exhibit C.

  • If NEPOOL and/or ISO-NE implements a Congestion Management System, the hourly NEPOOL spot clearing price for electric energy will be replaced by Nodal Energy Prices in NEPOOL applicable to the Facility.
