Energy Marketer definition

Energy Marketer means a company that engages in Sales Activities on behalf of Energy Retailers;
Energy Marketer means NRG Power Marketing LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Energy Marketer means a person who is licensed as a gas marketer under Part IV of the Act, or who is licensed as an electricity retailer under Part V of the Act;
