Energy-Efficient Ethernet capability definition

Energy-Efficient Ethernet capability means Ethernet interfaces that are capable of reducing power consumption during times of low data throughput, as specified in IEEE 802.3az-2010.

Related to Energy-Efficient Ethernet capability

  • Energy efficiency means measures that reduce the amount

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Ramping Capability means the sustained rate of change of generator output, in megawatts per minute.

  • Runoff coefficient means the fraction of total rainfall that will appear at the conveyance as runoff.

  • efficient exhaust draught means localised ventilation effected by mechanical means for the removal of gas, vapour, dust or fumes so as to prevent them (as far as practicable under the atmospheric conditions usually prevailing) from escaping into the air of any place in which work is carried on. No draught shall be deemed efficient which fails to remove smoke generated at the point where such gas, vapour, fume, or dust originate;
