Energy Complex definition

Energy Complex has the meaning specified in the Master Operating Agreement.
Energy Complex means the energy and chemical recovery complex located at the Mobile Facility.
Energy Complex means the collection of rooms and exterior spaces housing the mechanical and electrical plant required for the Facility.

  • The Company shall, and shall cause the Operator to, use, maintain and operate the Energy Complex and the Site in compliance with Prudent Plant Operating Standards and the material provisions of all relevant Project Documents, except where noncompliance would not have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • The Company will subsidize, on a one time basis, a $1,000,000 funding to the Southern Illinois Electrical Retiree Welfare Plan for funding of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Energy Complex, Local 702 Employees Retiree Medical benefits.
