Energy Board definition

Energy Board means the Nova Scotia Energy Board established under the Energy and Regulatory Boards Act;
Energy Board means the Nova Scotia Energy Board;
Energy Board means the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Board established pursuant to the Energy Resources Conservation Act and includes a person to whom duties or responsibilities of the Energy Board are delegated pursuant to Section 12 of that Act;
