Energy Audit Report definition

Energy Audit Report. (EAR) means the written report the contents of which are based on the findings of the Energy Audit, prepared and provided by the ESCo, which must include, for each Measure, as a minimum:
Energy Audit Report means a report of the Energy Auditor's findings and recommendations upon completion of the Energy Audit that includes the applicable minimum requirements set out in the prescribed Energy Audit Minimum Requirements form.
Energy Audit Report means the report of energy audit submitted under regulation 3 and signed by the accredited energy auditor;

Energy Audit Report. This report shall show the current energy usage of the Client’s facility and will detail the identified energy saving measures which are recommended to the Client by the Consultant to reduce energy costs.
Energy Audit Report means any utility bills, reports or documentation to which Borrower has access and/or is entitled to receive in connection with the usage of energy and water at the Mortgaged Property and to the extent available, calculations of any savings to Borrower resulting from the Green Improvements.

  • Accountants’ Report means the report of a firm of nationally recognized Independent Accountants described in Section 4.11.

  • Report means reports prepared by the Administrative Agent or another Person showing the results of appraisals, field examinations or audits pertaining to the Borrower’s assets from information furnished by or on behalf of the Borrower, after the Administrative Agent has exercised its rights of inspection pursuant to this Agreement, which Reports may be distributed to the Lenders by the Administrative Agent.

  • Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Verified Report means the report submitted by the Purchaser to the Head of the Purchaser setting forth its findings as to the existence of grounds or causes for termination and explicitly stating its recommendation for the issuance of a Notice to Terminate.

  • Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.
