For all rehabilitation developments, Applicants must submit an Energy Audit Report.
The Energy Audit Report must be performed on at least one unit per floor and a minimum of 15% of affordable units (duct leakage testing is not required).
This schedule must define, at a minimum, each phase of each Measure described in the Energy Audit Report, for the performance of the Work, and Commissioning, which must include a date for Completion of each Measure and a Commencement Date.
