Energy assistance program definition

Energy assistance program means a program that provides financial assistance or assistance in improving energy efficiency and energy conservation.
Energy assistance program or “Program” means the Low Income Energy Assistance Program created by § 40-8.7-104, C.R.S., and designed to provide financial assistance, residential energy efficiency, and energy conservation assistance.
