For the avoidance of doubt, the Contract Price for Energy delivered pursuant to the exercise of any physically settled Option Transactions and Option Transactions on Energy Swaps will include the relevant Energy Adder.
MRES will pay Energy Costs plus the Energy Adder 1 and Energy Adder 2, if applicable, for energy produced during scheduled GVTC Tests.

The parties acknowledge and agree that from the date hereof through the Closing Date, all financially settled MX Gas Transactions and MX Electric Transactions shall not include any Gas Adder or Energy Adder; provided, however, that if the Closing Date does not occur on or before the Drop-Dead Date, SET shall be permitted to include the Gas Adder and Energy Adder in any financially settled MX Gas Transactions and MX Electric Transactions executed after such date.
