Endowment Trust definition

Endowment Trust means the account that contains part of any settlement or judgment monies from tobacco companies.
Endowment Trust means the endowment fund established pursuant to KRS 164A.337 which shall be administered as a separate trust;
Endowment Trust. (“ymddiriedolaeth waddol”) means the trust referred to in subsection (1)(a);

  • The Grantee may deposit up to 15 percent of the HOPE VI Grant amount (the maximum amount of the grant allowable for CSS programs) into an endowment trust to provide CSS activities (the "Endowment Trust").
