Ending Point definition

Ending Point is defined as Total Units Held at Ending Point times the average of the closing prices of the Common Units as reported in the Nationally Recognized Reporting Service for the last thirty (30) trading days of the Performance Period; provided that in the event of a Unit Delisting Event prior to the First Anniversary, the Ending Point shall be Total Units Held at Ending Point times the average of the closing prices of the Common Units as reported in the Nationally Recognized Reporting Service for the thirty (30) trading days immediately preceding the Unit Delisting Event.
Ending Point means: The lower, or downstream, terminus of a river or stream reach in which a federal reserved water right is established on a Designated River pursuant to the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act.
