End User Technology definition
End User Technology means software, methodologies, templates, business processes, documentation, or other material originally authored, invented, or otherwise created by or for End User (but not by or for Treasure Data) for use with the Service, excluding Treasure Data Technology.
End User Technology means software, methodologies, templates, business processes, documentation or other material authored, invented or otherwise created or licensed (other than by or from Nuvolo) by End User using or for use with the Subscription Service, excluding the Nuvolo Technology.
Examples of End User Technology in a sentence
As between End User and Nuvolo, End User shall retain all rights, title, and interest in and to its intellectual property rights in End User Data and End User Technology.
