End-User Sales definition

End-User Sales means sales to all un-Affiliated third parties purchasing ECE from Given or its Authorized Distributors for medical applications.

  • The purchase price of shielded rooms sold by BTI or Neuromag shall be a deduction from the End-User Sales Price or the Distributor Sale Price, as the case may be.
