End User Representative’’ definition

End User Representative’’ the End User’s representative authorised specifically by the End User to enter into the Agreement and act on behalf of the End User in relation to the Contract;

End User Representative’’ means any End User's authorised director, officer, employee or agent.

Related to End User Representative’’

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;

  • Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;

  • Purchaser Representative means any person who satisfies all of the following conditions or who the issuer reasonably believes satisfies all of the following conditions:

  • Buyer Representatives means the Buyer's accountants, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors and other authorized representatives.
