End User Enterprise definition

End User Enterprise means the End User, as defined herein, its constituent departments and offices, and other entities whose governing bodies are made up of officials of End User which consists of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (or successor thereto), the San Francisco Transportation Authority, the San Francisco Health Authority, San Francisco In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority, San Francisco Local Agency Formation Commission, San Francisco Parking Authority, and the Transbay Development Authority . End User employees detailed to other government agencies are not part of the End User Enterprise. No other government or commercial entity (including but not limited to any other agency, component, command, or other unit within the State of California) is included in the definition of End User Enterprise.

  • End User shall be responsible for administering this ELA on behalf of the entirety of the End User’s Enterprise and shall ensure that the End User Enterprise complies with all terms and conditions of this ELA and the EULAs. All delivery order administration will be accomplished by Contracting Officers duly appointed and authorized by End User.

  • Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any pre­existing agreements between the Parties, nor any End User Enterprise Agreement.
