End User Certificate (EUC) definition

End User Certificate (EUC) means a clear written undertaking by an importer or buyer in a foreign country, that any item purchased from an exporting country and exported by an exporting country to a foreign country, is for the foreign country’s sole use. "Ex-Works" as defined in the International Chamber of Commerce Incoterms (2000).

  • Buyer Certificate means a certificate delivered by the Buyer (without qualification as to knowledge, materiality or otherwise), signed on behalf of the Buyer by an authorized officer of the Buyer, to the effect that each of the conditions specified in clauses (a) and (b) of Section 6.2 is satisfied in all respects.
